How to apply for an Return Certificate

Please call the Embassy and provide the following:

• Family and first name

• Code of identity

• Place where the lost document is issued

When you go to your appointment at the Embassy take the following:

• 2 passport pictures (35 mm x 45 mm) black and white / color*

• Police report

• 15 Euro (Please note, that we do not accept cash, the consular fee should be paid through bank transfer)

• If possible a copy of your lost document
